The Black Watcher, Vigilante of Bree.

 

The Black Watcher, as Estorn calls himself while he's wearing his light leather gear, dyed a midnight shade of black with a hood and mask, Estorn uses this disguise to carry out hits on criminals of Bree who have slipped through the cracks of the law, or were not delievered a proper punishment because of a lack of evidence. 

 

Rarely does Estorn reveal or show in public places while in this disguise, but it has happened. He speaks openly but in a disguised tone, more deeper and commanding than usual.
