One of the most gruesome fighters in the pits was Glorux, the Butcher. He would cut the face off of his fallen enemies after defeating them and strap them around his own head, literally wearing the face of his deceased combatant.
Estorn fought him in the octogus round, the brutal fight lasted only 2 minutes, before Estorn was able to gain the upperhand and cut his stomach open, winning the fight. Glorux was dagged off the ring, his status is unknown.
Accomplishments :
Only Gladiator to wear someone elses face in The Pit.
Non-arguably has split more blood in The Pit than any other Gladiator
Primus Champion of 3014

Weapons : A chain with a large stone attached at the end.
Two handed warhammer, which he wields with one hand.
Status : Alive
Region of Origin : Misty Mountains
Thokorn earned his titles when his hammer hit the stone wall ring surrounding the pit so hard that the stones crumbled. Thokorn used a fallen stone to smash the head of victim, thus earning him the name "Stone Smasher."
Estorn fought him and was nearly smashed multiple times, but was able to use speed and agility to wear him down and eventually overcome him.

Region of Origin : Angmar
Glogdurn is one of the most feared names inside the pit rings, and is famous for smashing the heads of his defeated combatants if the crowd deemed his performance unworthy of living. He was bred in 3016 specificly to fight in The Pit to show off Angmars strength. Estorn fought him in the primus fight, and this is the battle where his numerous scar wounds were given. Estorns heart, determination and skill in battle were the only reasons the crowd allowed him to live.

Dorus was a raider that regularly came inland to Angmar to participate in the pit fights. After slaying the champion of 3010, he got the name "The Viking"
Estorn fought him in the "Dawn Fight" which was the first fight on the final day, Dorus nearly killed Estorn a dozen times, but was only ever a few inches short of his blade finding Estorn. Eventually, after an hour, the fight was never ending and Gurix called a draw.

Glogdurn, Champion of Angmar
Dorus, the Viking
In the year of 3004 Gurix, a minor lord of Angmar, opened up a fighting ring exclusive to his own soldiers. After gaining fame and popularity among the soldiers, orcs and lords of Angmar Gurix decided it was time to expand. He appealed to Gargorn, lord of Barad-Gularan, to allow The Pit to be moved to the North downs so that other soldiers could enter into the ring. Gargorn quickly denied him, stating that "such festivals are not suited for any but our kind" Gurix felt insulted, and quickly left all behind in Angmar and travelled to Evendim and opened up what was soon to be the most brutal, infamous and cruel fighting ring in Middle-Earth..
Now, following the death of Gargorn, Gurix seeks to regain favor in Angmar and sends orc to raid farms and villages throughout Eriador. This information is found in a raid by Estorn and his Brigade, and he conceives a daring plan to end his reign of terror. By defeating him at his own game.. By becoming the champion of The Pit, and putting his blade into Gurix' heart.
The Pit has two series events in a season. Last warrior and Duel.
Last warrior is a tournament style, last man standing series. Contenders will enter the tournament bracket and continue to fight until they either 1 : Die. 2: Are defeated but allowed life, or 3: Reach the Primus, where they face the previous years champion for the title of "Champion of the Pit"
Duel is a standard one on one, two on two, three on three, or any mix of the three, gladitorial style match. The only rule is that there are no rules, anything goes, any weapon, any style, anybody, anytime, can enter The Pit in a Duel match against a random opponent.

The true name of Spearius is unknown, though he is one of the swiftest and most agile soldiers to ever enter the pits. All that is known is that he is a lone mercenary soldier that regularly participates in the pit fights and he wears bronze armor, which rumour has it is enchanted to protect him.

Estorn first came to the pits and fought his way from the bottom up, defeating many former champion fighters. His white armor and impressive fighting skills earned him the name "The Wolf Knight"

One of the most brutal fighting rings in Middle-Earth, The Pit is most commonly used to show off symbols of strength. Where champions from different nations fight each other to symbolize superior power over the other, or to show off a faction or races' strength.

Has the longest living streak of any other fighter.

A former Umbarian Corsair whose raiding ship crashed on the shores of Eriador. Being the only survivor, he found his way to The Pit. He soon earned the title "The Berserker" after chewing the neck off of someone who was about to impale him.

Magtaw is a warrior from Dunland, specificly the Dragon Tribe. His chieftan sent him to fight in The Pits to show their strength.

Illinia was a former daughter of a wealthy North Downs farmer, she was his finest posession and was prized to be the most beautiful woman in the North Downs. Then one fateful day, slavers came and destroyed her farm, killed her family and stole her away. Her fiery spirit was subdued, and she was turned into a warrior.
It is rumoured she is the lover of Jerald.

She is most known for fighting topless.

Kate, The Whore

Weapons : A curved steel sword, with a leather wrapped hilt bound with black string.

Region of Origin : Bree-land
Kate was the daughter of a mercenary from Eriador, she was taught how to use a sword from an early age. She earned the title "The Whore" when rumours began to spread that she would sleep with her combatant gladiators before a match, in an attempt to influence the outcome of the battle.

Region of Origin : Rohan
Bregon is a former horse lord of the Mark, but was cast out after disobeying orders. He travelled north and began fighting in The Pit, gaining the title "The Horselord"

Used his spear to scewer an inferior fighter into the ring wall.
Bregon has accumulated the most wealth out of any other Pit fighter.
